Founded in 2004, SISED International evolved from a focused mining company into a diversified energy enterprise. Our mining division specializes in Bauxite and Copper extraction across Africa, building on our early success in gold, diamonds, and granite exploration. In 2016, we expanded into oil and gas distribution, supplying premium petroleum products through our strategic hub in Dubai and regional offices across Central, West, and Eastern Africa.
From our Delaware headquarters, we serve major oil companies and government entities across eight countries, combining mining expertise with comprehensive energy solutions.

Our Team
Mr. Charles Elie Mbonguy-Doumambila
Founder, CEO & Managing Director
Charles Elie Mbonguy-Doumambila founded SISED International Mining in 2004 and has over 10 years of experience as an international expert in natural resources management across Central and West Africa. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, he has successfully managed multi-country projects and led fundraising efforts with global organizations like the World Bank and African Development Bank. Charles holds degrees in Land Use Planning, Environmental Management, Geological Risk Assessment, and an Executive MBA.
Dr. Edou Minko
Associate Chief Geologist
Dr. Edou Minko has extensive experience in exploration studies with major companies in Gabon and Central Africa. He is renowned for his geological work in tropical regions of Central and West Africa and has published numerous scientific articles on gold, manganese, and titanium. Dr. Minko holds a PhD in Surface Geology and Metallurgy from Poitier University, France
Mr. Van der Merwe
Geologist at Creo Design, Consultant Field work Supervisor for SISED
Mr. Van der Merwe has been an exploration geologist since 1964, working with major mining companies like Shell Coal, Sasol, Rio Tinto, and others. His expertise spans diamonds, coal, copper, nickel, and gold exploration, as well as mineral evaluation and supervision of drilling programs. He holds a BSc in Geology from Stellenbosch University, South Africa.

Our Projects
Here are the key mining projects currently being developed by SISED International Mining, LLC:
Guinea Bauxite Mining Project
A 450 sq. km. concession with 270 million tons of bauxite reserves, aiming for annual production of 6–10 million tons.
Guinea Gold Mining Project
A 150 sq. km. concession with 250,000 ounces of gold reserves, targeting long-term production for 20+ years.
Cameroon Granite Mining Project
A 90-acre concession with 300 million tons of granite, projected to produce 1 million tons annually for 40+ years.
Cameroon Gold Mining Project
A 214 sq. km. concession, expected to produce 1,600 kilograms of gold per year for 10+ years.
South Africa Diamond Mining Project
A diamond mining project with a target of 8 million carats and projected annual production of 135,000 carats.
Mining Division
Founded in 2004, SISED INTERNATIONAL Mining & Energy LLC (DE) is a fast-growing junior mining company with assets in Africa, primarily focused on Bauxite and Copper. Initially diversified across gold, diamonds, and granite, the company has narrowed its portfolio over the past five years to align with global market trends.
Oil & Gas Division
In 2016, SISED expanded into Oil & Gas, specializing in the supply of petroleum products such as Gasoline RON 90-95, D2 (AGO), Jet A1, and HFO. With operations in Senegal, Guinea Conakry, Liberia, and a hub office in Dubai, SISED works with major oil companies and government entities across Central, West, and Eastern Africa.
